Revelation Meals was created with a simple mission: to make it easier for individuals and families in Athens and Lake Oconee to enjoy fresh, high-quality meals made with purpose and integrity. Behind that mission is our founder, Chef Shane Lee, a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in commercial food production, specializing in the Medically Tailored Meal (MTM) sector.

Bringing Big-Industry Knowledge to Local Communities

After years of serving the MTM industry, Chef Shane saw an opportunity to bring the same level of quality, professionalism, and reliability to the local community. With the founding of Revelation Meals, he combined his industry resources, expert network, and deep operational knowledge to offer a meal prep service that stands apart: quality-driven, safety-focused, nutritionally minded, and unwavering in flavor.

At Revelation Meals, we believe that food should nourish the body, simplify your life, and bring joy back to the dinner table. Every entrée we offer is fully labeled, with all nutritional analysis and complete ingredient decks. Our sophisticated nutritional software allows us to generate reports for all micronutrients and provide complete analysis upon request.

We use innovative processes such as Sous Vide cooking and Vacuum Marination, as well as old-school grilling and smoking to ensure that every bite is delicious, and packed with nutrients. We use only clean label products, no junk, no fillers, no heavily processed ingredients. We believe that when you put in good, you get good out.

,Local is better. We produce our products right here at our commissary in Athens, using local Georgia ingredients whenever possible. We love our community, and look forward to seeing you personally.

Giving Back

With our "Get one give one" program, you can add a frozen meal to your order that will be given away to individuals in need in Clarke, Oconee, and Greene Counties. Providing nutritional support for food insecure individuals in the area. Furthermore, 10% of our total profit is donated to churches and organizations that serve our community.
